A little about me
I’m Ceri Mackenzie, a psychotherapist specialising in psychological hypnotherapy. I’m based in Cambridgeshire in the UK and work with individuals and organisations worldwide.
I work with people who want to change something in their lives but have not been able to do it through willpower alone.
My work is rooted in psychological science. I draw on principles and techniques from CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) within psychological hypnotherapy to explore the relationship between thoughts, emotions, behaviours and habits, then help you develop new ways of responding.
My approach is warm, non-judgemental and tailored to the individual.
I will add more about my path into hypnotherapy here soon.
My approach
Everyone’s experience is different. I shape your sessions around you, your circumstances and the changes you want to make.
Personal
Your goals and experiences are at the centre of the work.
Supportive
You can talk openly, at your own pace and without fear of judgement.
Practical
Sessions focus on changes that can make a difference in everyday life.
Collaborative
We work together, and you remain in control throughout.
Qualifications and professional standards
I will publish details of my qualifications, training and professional memberships here once confirmed.
Privacy for high-profile and high-net-worth clients
I work with high-profile and high-net-worth clients who may need an especially discreet service. I am comfortable working within agreed confidentiality arrangements, including NDAs where appropriate.
Any NDA works alongside the professional, safeguarding and legal limits to confidentiality, which I explain before we begin.
